The extremely popular highest quality model 602A is a 100% hand forged scissor with hard steel laminated edges. It takes a minimum of 10 years experience before a craftsman can attain the skill required to make these beautiful scissors. These scissors are made with white steel with forge welded laminated cutting edges making a superior cutting tool and one of the most popular pruning scissor patterns.

These scissors also feature 'Shinogi'. The blades are shaped, ground and polished to retain the strength of the blade whilst reducing it's mass significantly. This greatly improves the ability of this powerful tool to perform delicate and accurate cuts whilst still being very strong and capable of cutting thicker twigs and small branches.

Use for trimming green growth, shoots and soft foliage through to lignified twigging (up to 3-8mm in the back of the blade) on all bonsai trees. White steel will rust if not cared for appropriately. Always give a wipe over with Camellia Oil after use. Always ensure the tools pivot is oiled prior to use, this will ensure decades of exemplary performance and prevent wear.
