Solid forged construction and spring loaded these bonsai pruning shears are used for cutting everything from soft green foliage to lignified branches up to 6mm. Carbon steel solid forged construction. The long thin blades of these superb shears feature a shinogi grind resulting in a very slim yet strong blade for accurate cuts. They are very strong and allow easy quick and accurate cutting of both green growth and twigs.

Both blades have a sharp edge which ensures a very clean cut. For the price these scissors are remarkable and will be a valuable addition to any bonsai tool kit.

Perfect for rough or detail work on bonsai trees, raw material, garden plants, vine thinning, flower arranging, bud trimming and craft work. A great tool for garden pruning where the bulky blades of conventional secateurs are just too clumsy. 

Carbon steel will rust if not cared for appropriately. Always give a wipe over with Camellia Oil after use. Always ensure the tools pivot is oiled prior to use, this will ensure decades of exemplary performance and prevent wear.
