Very slim for easy access into difficult to reach areas. Hard laminated cutting edges, black etched finish. A very special Bonsai Tool - do not confuse this with standard Bonsai branch cutters.
Use only for cutting small twigs up to 3mm, this is a precision tool for accurate small cutting only. Cutting larger material will result in damage which we will not cover.
When cutting with this type of tool it's important to remember that larger material must be cut in the back of the blade. Putting excess pressure on the fine tips of the blades can result in damage. The angled head provides convenient access in most situations.
The cutting blades of branch cutters overlap very slightly giving a scissor action when cutting. This ensures a long blade life and reduces the need for regular sharpening.
175mm overall length. 9mm straight blade length. Maximum cut is under half the blade length when the cut is performed in the middle or back part of the blade.
Supplied in a printed presentation box as shown.
SK steel will rust if not cared for appropriately. Always give a wipe over with Camellia Oil after use. Always ensure the tools pivot is oiled prior to use, this will ensure decades of exempary performance and prevent wear.
