Ryuga have come up with this "3 in 1" bonsai shear. It's pretty much a standard long handle scissor with a larger finger loop and a wire cutting inclusion in the back of the blade. They say it cuts fine shoots and twigs too which makes the above claim a bit of a stretch in our opinion as all shears will pretty much do that. However this is a nice tool, well made sharp and very useful and we know a lot of folk will appreciate it in their tool boxes.
